Sermon Series: The Book of James | Rockville Christian Church

Pastor James Elliott will be offering a new preaching and worship series at Calvary Baptist Church of Belmar beginning this Sunday, August 6, 2023.  The series is entitled, "The Book of James:  A Guide for Christian Living in Our Times."  We'll deal with several important issues during this series, including how we can avoid Anger and Favoritism, how we can gain God's Wisdom and Peace, and the Power of Prayer.  More specifically, our themes and dates are as follows:

Sunday, August 6:  "Anger Looks Ugly On a Christian"

Sunday, August 13:  "The Sin of Favoritism"

Sunday, August 27:  "Two Kinds of Wisdom"

Sunday, Sepember 3:  "Peace in Our World Begins With Peace in Our Hearts"

Sunday, September 10:  "The Power of Prayer"
