The Placard (the sign that was nailed to the Cross of Jesus stating that He is the King of the Jews) signifies the holy truth that Jesus Christ is the true King of Israel, the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords.

“For if you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”                                (Romans 10:9-10)

“…which He will display at the proper time—He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords….” (1 Timothy 6-15)

“They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.”  (revelation 17:14)
